Green seasoning is a type of seasoning blend. This is similar to Sofrito, Nokoss and Epise .Countries like Trinidad andTobago, Jamaica, Guyana, Senegal, Cameroon, Haiti, Dominican republic and Puerto Rico all have their version of this recipe. It is typically made by blending together fresh herbs, spices, and aromatics. This is the base of most of my delicious meals , it can literally go on anything,Steak, chicken, fish, beans, or rice. It can last up to a couple of weeks in the fridge and up to 6 month in the freezer.

Store the seasoning in the refrigerator. It should keep well for a couple of weeks. I like to freeze it , it can also be place in ice cube trays for longer storage and use as needed
