Prepare the Falafel
you can use some Store-bought or make homemade falafel. Here's how to make it
- 1 1/2 cups dried chickpeas (soaked overnight)
- 1 small onion, roughly chopped
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1/2-1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon green seasoning
add everything in the food processor ,when done shape to ball

Pita Bread
Dice pita bread to desire shape

fry to golden brown or airfry

Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, sumac, pomegranate molasses, dried mint salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed

Assemble the Salad
Add lettuce and topping in a bowl and drizzle salad dressing over the salad and toss to coat all the ingredients. If you don't have dried mint for the dressing . you can add some fresh mint leaves in the salad.
