Instructions

  1. Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and prepare the vegetables, dice the tomatoes, cucumber, onion, kalamata olive, chicken and green bell peppers. Crumble the feta cheese if you decided to use it . Airfry chickpeas in air-fryer for about 15 - 20 at 400.

  2. Lettuce

Greek salad does not typically include lettuce as a primary ingredients. It consist a mixture of fresh vegetables, olives, and feta cheese etc. I prefer to add some extra greens to the Greek salad. I like using romaine lettuce. Romaine lettuce has a slightly crisp texture and slightly sweet flavor that can work well with the other ingredients in the salad. All you have to do is tear or chop the Romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

  3. Dressing

Add toppings on top of the lettuce and drizzle dressing over the salad.

  4. Toss and Enjoy

Gently toss the ingredients to combine, making sure the dressing is evenly distributed.Enjoy
