Thai Turkey Meatballs in Coconut Red Curry Sauce

Coconut Thai curry is a a delicious and flavorful Thai cuisine. Its can be made with shrimp or chicken , but I love making it with turkey meatball. These meatballs made from ground turkey meat are typically seasoned with Thai herbs and spices then formed into small balls and cooked until they’re browned and cooked through. The red curry is the star of the dish and it is made from a base of coconut milk and red curry paste.

Red curry paste is a Thai condiment made from red chili peppers, garlic, ginger, lemongrass, and other aromatic ingredients. When combined with coconut milk, it creates a rich and creamy sauce with a spicy kick.

fish sauce, lime juice, and palm sugar is added to the sauce to balance the flavors. These ingredients add depth and complexity to the dish, with the fish sauce providing a salty umami flavor, lime juice adding acidity, and palm sugar adding sweetness to enhance the dish, vegetables such as bell peppers, carrots, and Thai basil leaves may be added
